Here are your announcements for this week at First Lutheran:

• Be sure to mark your calendars for our Samaritan’s Feet Shoe Giveaway on Saturday, August 22, at 3:00 p.m. at the Downtown Hot Springs Farmers Market Pavilion. Together we’ll give away 500 pairs of tennis shoes to children, teens, and adults while washing their feet and sharing the love of Jesus. If you’ve served at this event before, you know it’s truly one of those “Wow, God!” moments. Sign-ups to serve is open, and we’d love for you to be a part of this incredible ministry.
• We also have some exciting news for our families! Beginning Sunday, August 30, our Kids Ministry will launch God’s Kids by RightNow Media. This engaging, Bible-centered curriculum will help children grow in their faith through interactive Bible stories, worship music, games, and hands-on activities. Even better, the learning doesn’t stop on Sunday! Families will be able to continue those same Bible conversations throughout the week at home. We can’t wait to see how God uses this new resource to help our children know, love, and follow Jesus every day.
